Shipping methods
Products are shipped only with ELTA Courier. Orders are dispatched by us within 3 working days (MONDAY - FRIDAY 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM) except during busy periods where orders are processed on a first come, first served basis.
When the payment method is via credit card, with PayPal, the shipping costs are 2.50 euros and are borne by the customer. In the event that it is done via cash on delivery and the value of the order is less than 60 euros, then in addition to the shipping costs there is also an additional charge for the cash on delivery which is 1.50 euros. If your order is from 60 euros then shipping costs and cash on delivery are completely free.
For product shipments within Greece, OHmyTAGS accepts payments by credit card or PayPal and cash on delivery.
If you choose to pay by credit card, accepted cards are Visa and MasterCard.
If you choose to pay with PayPal, you can send your payments online using a credit card or bank account. When you select PayPal as your payment method, go to the PayPal site where you can send your payment. If you don't already have a PayPal account, you can create a new one. In PayPal, you can choose how you would like to make your payment (for example, using a credit card) and then send the payment.
If you choose payment by cash on delivery, then the order is paid upon receipt at the courier company that will deliver it to you.
In the event that payment is made with the order, and if the order does not proceed, the payment will be refunded (excluding shipping costs paid up to the time of cancellation). The charge amount, in addition to the value of the ordered product, also includes the shipping costs when the payment is made by paypal or credit card. In the case of payment by cash on delivery for orders less than 60 euros there is an additional fee of 2.50 euros. For purchases made by credit card, you must follow the instructions on the OHmyTAGS.com website. In the order form you will find, you will need to fill in your credit card number and expiration date. Your credit card will be charged after checking and certifying the data and its validity. You are solely responsible for the correct recording and truthfulness of your credit card information and the card used for the transaction must belong to you.
Products are delivered by partner courier companies, to which OHmyTAGS forwards users' personal information, such as
name and shipping address, so that the delivery and execution of the orders becomes possible.
Whichever payment method you choose, you can choose to issue either a retail receipt or an invoice.
An invoice is issued to companies and to self-employed professionals, as long as they fill in the following information during their order: company name, VAT number, DOU and profession for self-employed people.

Also, in whichever of the above-mentioned ways you pay, a refund is made if you decide to return the product in accordance with the terms hereof. In the case of purchases via credit card, your card is immediately credited, in the case of purchases with PayPal, your credit card or bank account is directly credited, while cash on delivery is made to a bank account that you indicate to us.
In the event that the purchase was made by credit card for the assurance of the holder thereof, the delivery of the products is made only to the buyer, who must receive his order in person by showing his original ID or passport and his credit card. It is prohibited to receive the order from a third party unless the buyer authorizes a third party in writing. And in the case of a written authorization, the authorized person should present the above documents in order to complete the delivery of the products made by credit card.
