Returns

Returns and exchanges are accepted:

- If the product is defective. Then you can return it within 14 days from the date of delivery and the shipping costs will be borne by the company. OHmyTAGS does not stock all products and we may not be able to provide you with a replacement, in which case we will undertake a full refund for the products. Contact us as soon as possible through our website and we will arrange your return.

- If the size does not suit you or the selection does not meet your expectations, you can also return or exchange it, free of charge.

- Returned products must be in their original condition (original packaging and labels and tags still on the product). It is also necessary to have the change card inside the package.

Product returns are not accepted for socks, swimwear and underwear products for hygiene reasons.

Return process:

- Telephone contact on 2106095666 is necessary for your return, as is the exchange card that accompanies the product.

- Place an order again in our online store with the product you want to buy by selecting "Change product" in the payment method and writing in the comments the code of the product you want to return and the number of the order you bought it in.

- Upon consultation, we first send you the order with the new product and upon receipt, you deliver the product you are returning to the courier, completely free of charge. This procedure is followed for the period of COVID-19, to better serve you during the period of increased workload.

- The first return and shipment is completely free, if you still did not like or did not like the product then the shipping fee is 1.50 euros for each return/shipment.

Refunds:

- It is necessary to call 2106095666 for your return, as well as the exchange card that accompanies the product.

- After consultation, you will have to deliver the returned product to the ELTA courier company with a recipient's fee (OHmyTAGS SPORTS AE) without any charge for you and within 3-5 working days from the day we receive it, we make the refund. If you have received the package by post, then you should deliver the return package to the nearest ELTA store and send it with the recipient's fee (OHmyTAGS SPORTS AE) at no cost to you. Please request that it be sent via the ELTA - Courier network.

- Refunds are made online only, via web banking at Piraeus and Alpha Bank without any charge. In the account of any other bank, the charges of the respective bank apply.

- In this case you will need to email us the IBAN of your account, the beneficiary and the bank to which the account belongs to info@ohmytags.com.

- If you have paid by credit card or paypal then the refund is made exclusively to your credit card or the pay pal account where the payment was made

- The refund is only for the value of the product(s) and does not include cash on delivery and shipping costs.
